Menus

Turn your menu schedule into real orders

Preview, filter, and confirm before anything touches your calendar

You've built the menu. You've set the dates. Now you need those recurring meals to become actual orders in your system, without manual re-entry, without mistakes, and without surprise gaps.

  • Preview every order before it's created, customer name, route, delivery date, product list
  • Filter by route, date range, or price list to process only the subset you need
  • Re-process at any time to pick up new customers or route changes without duplicating existing orders
  • Search for a specific customer and jump straight to their order form
  • See processing history: when the menu was last turned into orders, and by whom

Order generation reads your menu's delivery schedule and creates the matching orders for every customer on the plan. You see a full preview: which customers, which routes, which days. Filter by route or date if you need to process only part of the schedule. Confirm when you're ready, and the orders appear in your calendar.

You can re-run the process later, perhaps a customer joined mid-cycle, or you added a new route. Select the date range and routes you want to refresh. The system updates only what changed.

No spreadsheet exports. No copy-paste. The link between your menu contract and your daily operations is direct.

Who benefits

Business owner

You approve the menu once. Every delivery date becomes an order automatically. No weekly admin overhead.

Sales / account manager

Close the contract, build the menu, click Process. Your recurring revenue is now live orders, no manual follow-up.

Kitchen manager

The preparation lists and ingredient totals reflect the real schedule. You're not chasing down 'Did we confirm Mrs. Jansen for Tuesday?'

Delivery staff

Your route sheet is complete because every menu customer has an order. No last-minute phone calls asking where the delivery is.

Accounting

Invoicing aligns with what was actually delivered, because the orders match the contract from day one.
