Orders

Turn multiple orders into one kitchen schedule

The prep list gathers products across all your confirmed jobs and shows you what to make, when.

You have six buffets on Saturday and four lunches on Friday. Your kitchen needs a single view of what dishes go out, in what quantities, grouped by production date. The prep list does that.

  • Combines identical products across multiple orders into a single totalled line
  • Filters items by production date so Thursday prep stays separate from Friday prep
  • Prints adhesive labels with product name, quantity, allergens, and shelf-life date
  • Interactive checklist, tap rows to mark dishes complete as you finish them
  • Drill into recipes from any product line to see ingredient quantities and method
  • Exports to Excel for offline markup or integration with legacy kitchen systems

The prep list pulls every product line from your active orders within a date range and combines them into a unified kitchen worksheet. If four separate customers ordered your chicken satay, you see one line with the total quantity, not four scattered references. You can filter by production date, so items prepped Thursday appear separately from items made Friday morning.

Every row is interactive. Tap a dish to mark it done, print labels for that batch, or drill into the recipe. The system calculates total weight when products sell by the kilogram and respects portion counts when they don't. You can print the entire list or generate adhesive labels for trays and containers, with allergen icons and shelf-life dates baked in.

The list updates live as orders change. If a customer bumps their headcount an hour before service, the prep list reflects the new quantity immediately. Your kitchen always works from the current plan, not yesterday's printout.

Who benefits

Kitchen manager

You see every dish the business committed to, consolidated and sorted by when it has to be ready. No spreadsheet hunting, no double-checking six different order sheets.

Chef

One screen tells you what goes in the oven today and what waits until tomorrow. Tap a line, the recipe opens. Tap again, it's marked done. The list shrinks as you cook.

Business owner

Your kitchen preps from live data. When sales confirms a last-minute headcount change, the prep list updates before the cook even opens the walk-in. No waste, no scrambling.
