Custom forms that capture what matters
Drag the fields you need into the checkout flow—guest count, delivery address, event date, special requests. Mark fields as required or optional. Rename labels to match your terminology. Hide the time picker if you only deliver on fixed schedules.
Delivery zones and cost rules
Define postcode areas you serve. Attach a delivery-cost product from your catalogue; the price appears on the quote with the correct VAT rate. Charge a flat fee, calculate per kilometre, or waive delivery costs when the order exceeds a threshold. Mark a fixed event date so customers cannot choose their own.
Payment that works (for direct-order webshops)
For webshops that take payment at checkout: accept iDEAL and Bancontact via Mollie, or Stripe for card payments. Offer discount codes—one-time or reusable, percentage or fixed amount. Set a minimum order value. If a customer abandons payment, the order status flips to cancelled automatically. Quote-request webshops skip this entirely—you follow up with a custom quote instead.
Deadlines and blocked dates
Set how many days in advance customers must submit. Choose a cut-off time for same-day or next-day requests—earlier on Mondays if you close Sundays. Block date ranges when you are not taking orders or inquiries. Configure custom timeslots or let customers pick any half-hour window during your open hours.
Confirmation emails and thank-you pages
Link an email template that fires the moment an order or quote request comes in. BCC a second address if your kitchen manager wants a copy. Redirect customers to a custom thank-you URL, or show your default confirmation message.
