Sell exactly what your kitchen can handle

Daily stock limits per product, so your direct-order widgets never sell more than you can deliver.

On direct-order widgets, set daily inventory limits per product. Customers see live availability in the basket; when the pool hits zero, the item disappears from checkout. Your kitchen never gets oversold.

  • Define daily stock per product so popular items don't oversell
  • Customers see live availability in the webshop basket
  • Stock resets automatically each day or stays unlimited
  • Add manual top-ups with one click when capacity opens up
  • Full audit trail of every restock with date, source, and notes

How it works

You define a stock pool for every catalogue item — today's available quantity. Customers on direct-order widgets see real-time availability; when the pool hits zero, the item disappears from checkout. Quote-request widgets don't deplete stock — they only consume from the pool once you turn an inquiry into a confirmed order.

Daily reset, manual top-up

Stock resets automatically each morning, or you leave it unlimited for products that don't constrain your capacity. Manual top-ups let you add inventory on the fly when you source more ingredients, free up prep time, or want to release extra slots after lunch service.

Full audit trail

Every restock — automatic or manual — logs in the history with a timestamp and optional note. You see three counters at a glance: available (what's left now), pool (what you started with today), and consumed (what customers have already claimed).
