When you serve individuals regularly, you need to remember their dietary constraints. This section captures allergen restrictions and diet preferences directly in the customer record.
- Appears only for person-type customers, not companies

You decide whether your company uses allergen tracking, diet tracking, or both — the tabs appear only when enabled in your settings. Each customer of type 'person' can have their own list of allergens to avoid and dietary preferences to follow.
When you plan a menu or suggest dishes for an order, these restrictions travel with the customer. You see at a glance what they can and cannot eat, without hunting through notes or old emails.
This section exists solely for person-type customers. Company records do not display these tabs.
