Orders

Print driver sheets and route lists in the order your team needs

Sort orders by date, customer name, or arrival sequence. Print delivery lists for drivers and loading lists for the kitchen.

Every delivery day, your drivers need a clear paper or PDF showing which orders to drop where, in the right order. Catermonkey generates that list from your confirmed orders, sorted however you choose, and lets you share it with your team or print it yourself.

  • Sort deliveries by date, customer name, order ID, last name, or day code
  • Show or hide package contents, customer comments, and assigned driver
  • Download a PDF or view the list online to share with drivers and kitchen staff
  • Group meal-service orders by route and vehicle for efficient delivery planning
  • Generate loading lists, packing lists, and portion lists for different workflows

You select the orders, pick a sort order (date, customer name, order number, or day code), and decide what to show: package contents, customer comments, assigned driver. Catermonkey builds a delivery list you can download as PDF or view online.

For meal-service routes, the routes modal groups deliveries by vehicle and address. You define routes on the customers page; here you choose a date range and which routes to include. The output is a driver list, loading list, packing list, or portion list, each order appears in the correct sequence for the driver.

The list freezes when you generate it. If an order changes afterward, regenerate the list. You can also share it via email with team members; they receive a link to view it online without logging in.
