What you do now
Your customer sends you a bulleted list, a Word attachment or a scanned PDF. You open it, read it through, then click over to Catermonkey and type it all in again: product names, quantities, delivery notes, room numbers. Time wasted.
Paste or upload
Order imports bring that information straight into Catermonkey. Paste the text from the email or upload the PDF; AI reads it, pulls out the products and quantities, matches them to your catalogue and puts you on the order detail page. You check it, fix any odd matches and confirm. If you prefer Excel, upload the spreadsheet and map the columns: quantity, product name, delivery location, notes. The rows become order lines.
Known products fill themselves in
Products already in your catalogue get their prices filled in automatically. New items are created on the spot so you can adjust them later. Either way: you edit, you don't retype.
