Stop recalculating prices by hand
When you link a customer to a pricelist, Catermonkey checks for a special price every time you add a product to their order. If one exists, it applies automatically. If not, the standard catalogue price is used. You stay flexible, override any price on any order whenever you need to.
Build pricelists your way
Apply a percentage adjustment across all products, or handpick specific items and set custom prices. Use pricelists for meal service customers who need diet surcharges, or for hot-delivery premiums on certain product types. You can also restrict a pricelist to a subset of your catalogue, so only selected items receive the adjusted rate.
Invoice groups, not just individuals
Meal service customers often belong to an overarching organisation, a care home, a school, a corporate client. Add contact and invoicing details to the pricelist itself, then combine multiple orders from linked customers into a single invoice sent to the organisation.
