Pre-fill order comments for every customer
Set default notes once; they copy automatically to new orders
Some customers always need the same instructions. Write those notes in the customer record, and they'll appear in the right fields every time you create an order.
- Add comments to the customer record in internal, delivery, and invoice fields
- New orders inherit those comments in the corresponding order fields
- Edit or delete the copied comments on any individual order without affecting the customer record
- Save time on repeat customers with standard instructions or special requirements
You can add comments in three separate fields on the customer record: internal notes, delivery instructions, and invoice remarks. When you create a new order for that customer, those comments copy into the matching fields automatically.
This saves you from retyping the same delivery gate code, dietary restrictions, or billing reminders on every order. Edit the customer's comments once, and all future orders start with those notes already filled in.
You can still edit or remove the copied comments on individual orders. The customer record holds the default; each order gets its own copy to change as needed.
