Search your Catalogue and drop Food & Drinks, Equipment, or Packages onto the order. Set quantities directly inline. Rearrange the list by dragging rows, no Save button, no page refresh.
Optional products work the same way. Use them for add-ons the customer can pick at the last minute. You'll see both main and optional products in separate panels, each with its own drag-and-drop zone.
If a product has portions or packaging options, you'll configure those in a pop-up before confirming. The system respects your Catalogue structure, Sub-recipes, diet flags, and production factors all carry through to prep lists.
