Decide what customers see in quotes and share products between locations

Hiding items on the quote

On complex orders, some products are components meant for internal use only, with no reason to appear on the customer-facing quote. Estimate settings let you mark individual items as hidden from the quote view. They still count towards price and production, but they don't clutter the document your customer sees.

Sharing between locations

If you run several locations or brands from one Catermonkey account, you can send a product to another location in your group. Copy a proven recipe, equipment item or package to a new site without re-entering allergens, pricing rules or ingredient lists. Changes after export stay independent: each location keeps its own version.
