Push order and customer updates to your own systems
Webhooks for real-time event notifications
Trigger your own automations when orders, customers, estimates, or invoices change. Configure HTTP callbacks that fire when Catermonkey records are created, updated, deleted, or sent.
- Subscribe to customer created, updated, or deleted events
- Receive notifications when orders are created, updated, or deleted
- Get alerts when estimates are sent to customers
- Monitor delivery success rates and recent failures per webhook
- Pause or resume webhooks without losing configuration
- View total sent and last-seven-days activity for each endpoint
Your business runs on more than one tool. When an order is confirmed, you might need to notify your warehouse system, update a spreadsheet, or ping a Slack channel. When a customer updates their details, your CRM should know immediately.
Webhooks give you that control. You configure a URL. Catermonkey sends an HTTP POST to that URL whenever the events you chose occur. The payload contains the full record. Your endpoint processes it however you need.
You see delivery statistics for each webhook: total sent, failures in the last seven days, success rate. Pause a webhook when you need to update your endpoint. Delete it when you no longer need it. Every event subscription is explicit, you only receive the notifications you asked for.
