Choosing or creating a rate
Every product shows price fields and a VAT rate dropdown. Pick a rate or create a new one on the spot: the VAT rate window opens right from the screen. Add as many VAT rates as you need, with their percentages, and link them to any product.
Several rates in one package
If a product is a package with component products that carry different VAT rates, Catermonkey works out and shows each rate separately. You see at a glance which VAT rate applies to which line. VAT rates can be edited or removed, unless it's the last rate on your list: Catermonkey stops you accidentally deleting your only rate.
