Every product shows price inputs and a tax rate dropdown. Select a rate or create a new one on the spot, the tax rate modal opens right from the editor. Add unlimited tax rates with percentages, then assign them to any product.
When a product is a package containing sub-products with different tax rates, Catermonkey calculates and displays each rate separately. You see at a glance which tax applies to which line. Tax rates can be edited or deleted unless they're the last one in your list, Catermonkey prevents accidental removal of your only rate.
